MILITARY AND FAMILY READINESS CENTER
The Military and Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) is located inside of The Kenny (WCSC) and serves as a one-stop information and referral center. It is the cornerstone of the Little Rock family support system, helping Airmen and their families enhance their readiness and quality of life.

Services
The M&FRC offers proactive, preventive, and remedial services that foster self-sufficiency and sustain the personal and family readiness of the Total Force.
We serve active-duty military members from all services, Guard and Reserve members, retired military members and Department of Defense civilians. We also serve their family members. All services are free. View our brochures below for all of the programs we provide Team Little Rock.

Classes
The Military & Family Readiness Center provides a variety of classes designed to support Airmen, retirees, veterans, and their families. From personal and professional development to financial education and family-focused programs, there’s something for everyone. Our Newcomers class helps integrate new members into the Little Rock Air Force Base community by introducing them to essential resources. No matter your needs, we have a class to help you thrive!
Events
K.U.D.O.S. (Kids understanding deployment operations)
Join the Military and Family Readiness Center for K.U.D.O.S. (Kids Understanding Deployment Operations) on April 5th from 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM at Camp Warlord (see map below)! This hands-on event is designer for kids ages 6-14 to experience what it’s like when a parent deploys.
Mission includes a mock PT test and obstacle course, a trip to the shooting range with Nerf guns, medical training, vehicle displays and more!
Registration deadline is April 3rd.

EFMP-FS
The Exceptional Family Member Program – Family Support (EFMP-FS) is designed to provide support to military family members through a variety of personal, medical, and family support functions. The EFMP program is mandatory for all Department of Defense active-duty service members. It is designed to identify family members with special medical and/or education needs.
The EFMP‐FS services in place to assist families include:
- Connect to local, state, and federal resources
- Provide relocation support
- Monthly support meeting
- Early intervention/special education information and support
- Respite care
- Recreational activities
- Housing needs
- Workshops
