LAUNDRY

The laundry room is located on the first floor of the building, and only registered lodging guests are authorized to use. There are vending machines for detergents. Ice machines are located on each floor.

ITEMS FOR PURCHASE

  • Guests must be of legal age to purchase alcoholic beverages (21 years).
  • Protocol suites are stocked daily with assorted snacks, beverages and liquor. There is a price listing in each suite.

NON-SMOKING FACILITIES

All lodging facilities are non-smoking. If evidence of smoking in the room is found, a $150 cleaning fee will apply.

Temporary Lodging Facilities (TLF)

These rooms are available for personnel on an accompanied PCS status. These facilities feature one or two bedroom suites complete with washer, dryer and cooking facilities. The couch also pulls out for sleeping arrangements. A crib and high chair are also available in the TLFs (high chair upon request). Two of these rooms are also categorized as “ADA rooms”, with all the necessary requirements to accommodate persons with disabilities.

Pet Friendly Lodging Pets are authorized in limited TLF accommodations. *View Pet Policy for rules and restrictions.

Wake-up service is available 24 hours a day.

Pet-Friendly Temporary Lodging Facilities: TLF rate + $10 per night

Rooms can be guaranteed by placing credit card on file. Rooms not guaranteed will be cancelled at 1800 hours. Guaranteed rooms are held until midnight.

Guests with guaranteed room that do not arrive or cancel prior to midnight will be converted to a “No Show” status and will be charged a “No Show” fee equal to one night’s room rate. TLFs are the only room type where children are authorized.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

BICYCLES & BIKE LOCKERS

Bike racks are available. Bikes are not allowed in any of the buildings at any time.

BOATS, TRAILERS, & OVERSIZED VEHICLES

The above mentioned are not to be parked in lodging lots overnight. Contact Outdoor Recreation at 987-3365 for storage of vehicles.

PET POLICY

Pets are authorized in limited TLF accommodations. A maximum of two (2) pets are authorized (cats and/or dogs only). There will be an additional $10 nightly fee regardless of the number of pets in the room and duration of stay. If necessary, a cleaning fee up to $150 will apply.

Ask for availability at the time of reservation.

Pet shot records are required at check-in. (See below for breed restrictions)

Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. – 7 a.m.

(NOTE: IAW LRAFBI 31-102, the following breeds are not authorized in privatized housing or Lodging: Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Bull Terrier or English Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Pit Bull Mixes), American Bulldogs, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, and Wolf Hybrids.)

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Normal check-in time is 2 p.m.

Check-out time is 11 a.m.

A late check-out fee will be charged as an additional night’s stay. *Students need to review class schedules to ensure that they will be out of class prior to check-out time, or check out before going to class.

If a guest who has paid by cash or check and is checking out prior to the original departure date and is due a refund, it will be paid by cash (if funds are available), or an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) will be made to the guest’s bank account in three to five business days (routing and account numbers will be needed).

Full refunds will be done immediately at checkout for credit card payments by processing a “credit” to the credit card.

Guests must submit a valid credit card number to hold a room past 6 p.m. Space-available reservations (non- official duty status) can be made up to a 7 night stay. Longer stays will require manager approval.

LOST & FOUND

Items are held for 30 days and then disposed of according to applicable directives. If you lose items during your stay, please contact Housekeeping at extension 1017 or 1018, or the front desk by dialing “0”.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and USAF Services Proprietary Cards for payment.

These payments are for the exact amount due for lodging services only. For check-cashing services, please contact the Base Exchange or base clubs.

All guests must pay in advance regardless of payment method. Priority 1 guests must make payments on the room every 15 days.

All guests must pay in advance for the first 15 days (if stay exceeds 15 days) or for the entire stay, if less than 15 days.
