ELIGIBILITY: Active or Retired US Military, National Guard, Reservists, US Coast Guard, 100% Disabled Veterans (with a valid DOD ID), DOD Civilians, and spouses of eligible service members with a valid DOD ID.

BLACKOUT DATES: 25 December 2024 – 2 January 2025 and 14-20 April 2025.

PURCHASE LIMIT: Limit 6 per DOD ID.

Availability:

Universal Epic Universe single-day tickets for military members are ONLY available for purchase directly through Universal Studios. The ITT Office does NOT sell these tickets.

Purchase Requirements: 

Military members MUST have a valid AND ACTIVATED Military Freedom Pass to purchase a single-day Universal Epic Universe ticket. Tickets can be purchased at the gate of Universal Orlando Resort or at any customer service desks at a Universal Orlando Resort Hotel.

Purchase Limits:

Up to six single-day Universal Epic Universe tickets per transaction, with no limit on the number of transactions until the Military Freedom Pass expires.
