Vital 90 is a high-intensity, group fitness program designed to enhance both strength and aerobic performance while boosting self-efficacy and self-esteem. Held at the Fitness & Sports Center, this program is not only a great way to improve fitness but can also be a commander-approved option for Airmen who have failed their P.T. test. Additionally, Vital 90 serves as an excellent alternative to squadron P.T. sessions.
