Get ready for an engaging, feel-good performance you won’t want to miss at Liberty Fest! Country recording artist and proud U.S. Air Force veteran Ryan Daniel brings an unforgettable mix of powerful vocals, heartfelt storytelling, and high-energy performance to the stage.

Born in Massachusetts and raised in Arkansas, he draws inspiration from legends like Garth Brooks, creating a connection that makes every audience member feel part of the show!

colonial demonstrations

Step back in time at Liberty Fest with live colonial reenactors and interactive historical demonstrations! Experience the sights and sounds of early America with exciting cannon and musket demonstrations, and don’t miss your chance to meet reenactors in full period attire as they roam the event.

It’s the perfect opportunity for memorable photo ops and hands-on history the whole family will enjoy.

There’s something for everyone at Liberty Fest—especially the kids! Our Kid Zone is packed with excitement, featuring bounce houses and thrilling carnival rides like Tubs of Fun, a train ride, bungee jumping, and the Fear Factory.

Kids can also jump into the action with games like inflatable axe throwing, soccer darts, and more.

It’s nonstop fun designed to keep the whole family smiling!

The annual Liberty Fest Cornhole Tournament is back—grab a teammate and get ready to compete!

Battle it out in a double-elimination tournament with traditional 21 scoring, kicking off at 5:45 PM and running until a champion is crowned.

With prizes on the line and only 32 team spots available, be sure to sign up early for your chance to claim the title of Liberty Fest Cornhole Champion!

apple pie contest

Think you have what it takes to bake the best apple pie on Little Rock Air Force Base? Put your skills to the test in the Liberty Fest American Apple Pie Baking Contest!

Contestants will bring their homemade pies to be judged by LRAFB leadership, with each entry needing enough for four judges to sample. Contestants must also include their recipe card.

With only 12 spots available, don’t miss your chance to claim apple pie glory—sign up and show us what you’ve got! Registration deadline is June 30th.

Q: WHO IS ALLOWED TO ATTEND LIBERTY FEST?

A: Liberty Fest is open to individuals with base access. Guests may attend if they have a valid visitor pass issued by Security Forces and are accompanied or sponsored by a DoD ID cardholder. Please note, this event is not open to the general public.

 

Q: IS LIBERTY FEST FREE TO ATTEND?

A: Yes! Liberty Fest is a completely FREE event with food, drinks, and merch available for purchase.

 

Q: WHERE CAN I PARK?

A: Parking for the event will be available at The Kenny, the Base Pool, Outdoor Recreation, Herk Hall, and Strike Zone Bowling. There will be designated lots for volunteers and DVs that will not be open for attendees. Please refrain from parking at the Shoppette to avoid blocking spots for their customers.

 

Q: WILL THERE BE ROAD CLOSURES DURING THE EVENT?

A: Yes. Due to the fireworks display, a portion of Vandenberg Blvd—from Heritage Park to Bldg 1223—as well as part of Thomas Avenue will be closed during the event. We encourage base patrons to plan ahead and use alternate routes when traveling the evening of July 1.

 

Q: ARE CHAIRS, BLANKETS, ETC. ALLOWED?

A: Yes! Feel free to bring your own blankets, chairs, etc. to sit and enjoy the live music and fireworks!

 

Q: CAN I BRING MY OWN COOLER OR ALCOHOL?

A: No. Bringing your own coolers or alocohol is STRICTLY prohibited. Water bottles and electrolyte drinks are allowed.

 

Q: CAN I BRING MY DOG?

A: We highly encourage leaving furry friends at home due to the extreme heat and loud fireworks. Service dogs allowed.

 

Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED FOR FOOD, DRINK, AND MERCH?

A: Cash and card will both be accepted at the merch tent and beer tent. Please note that Private Orgs may not have card readers but may have alternate payment options such as Cash App, etc.

 

Q: WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

A: We highly encourage (appropriate) patriotic wear! Please dress appropriately for extreme heat.

 

Q: WHAT IS THE INCLEMENT WEATHER PLAN?

A: In the event of inclement weather, Liberty Fest will be cancelled.
